Limited Warranty
That’s Epic!, LLC warrants to the original purchaser that the Sauce Toss® product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of one 90 days from the original date of purchase, as evidenced by proof of purchase.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
This limited warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, improper assembly, improper maintenance, or modification
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, discoloration, fading, or weather-related wear from outdoor exposure
- Accidents, improper storage, commercial, rental, institutional, team, or training facility use, or acts of nature (including storms, flooding, or other environmental events)
- Use of the product in a manner inconsistent with provided instructions
If That’s Epic!, LLC determines that a product contains a covered defect during the warranty period, That’s Epic!, LLC may, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the defective product or component
- Replace the defective product or component with the same or a comparable product or part
- Provide replacement parts
Replacement products or components may be new or refurbished and may vary slightly in color, finish, or appearance.
This limited warranty is the exclusive warranty provided for Sauce Toss and replaces all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Except for the express limited warranty previously stated, Sauce Toss® is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. That’s Epic!, LLC disclaims all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, That’s Epic!, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, loss of enjoyment, property damage, or other economic loss arising from the use or inability to use the product.
In all circumstances, That’s Epic!, LLC’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
Some states or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so portions of the above limitations may not apply to you. You may have additional rights that vary by jurisdiction.

If you believe your Sauce Toss® product has a warranty issue or you would like to request a return, please contact customer support before sending the product back.

- Your name and contact information
- Proof of purchase
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the product, if applicable
If a return or warranty claim is approved, That’s Epic!, LLC will provide instructions for return, repair, replacement, or replacement parts.
